Michael Kulczycki
Student Housing
Michael serves as a Senior Associate for Triad Real Estate Partners where he focuses on student housing investment properties throughout the Midwest. Michael has spent his first two and a half years at Marcus & Millichap where he closed student housing projects in three Big Ten markets.
Michael is a graduate from Louisiana State University where he received a BA in Finance. He is a licensed broker in the state of Illinois. He enjoys anything sports during his free time whether it’s playing or watching, attending live music, and enjoying the Chicago food scene.
